Healing is not a matter of of making whole something that has been broken. It is remembering our inherent wholeness and loving the depth we find within ourselves.
I believe the root of most physical symptoms and dis-associative patterns lie in the imbalances caused by unprocessed emotional and physical traumas - from our formative experiences of this lifetime, from internalized systemic and cultural beliefs, and even suffering passed down to us through bonds of blood. These blockages can become stored in the body and energetic field, displacing our Spirit and causing physical and emotional manifestations of these imbalances.
I use mindfulness, somatic approaches, body work, energetic clearing, and guided journey work to explore the origin of traumas to access where in the body and mind they are stored and shift how we hold these deeply held beliefs. This compassionate based process is a reclaiming of our inherent magic.
As an intersectional feminist my goal is to assist others not only in self-healing but also the healing of our sociocultural well-being through the healing of ancestral wounds, de-centering privilege and unraveling the effects of colonization to dispell the way our bodies hold shame.
