Healing happens when we remember our wholeness and love all that we find there.
I believe the root of most physical pain and dis-associative patterns lie in the imbalances caused by unprocessed emotional and physical traumas - from our experiences of this lifetime, from systemic cultural beliefs, and from suffering passed down to us through bonds of blood. These blockages can become stored in the body and energetic field, displacing our Spirit and causing physical manifestations of these imbalances.
I offer a safe and compassionate container to explore these concepts while providing nurturing care that supports the nervous system. When we tune in and listen to our hearts and bodies, sometimes we feel discomfort. This is normal. Deep soul work can often be challenging to face alone. By offering healing modalities like gentle bodywork, energetic healing, sound therapy, and plant medicine in conjunction with this work, we begin to rewire the brain, facilitating a healthy dopamine response when accessing traumas stored within the body for an ease-ful transition into remembering your innate wholeness.
I work intuitively, honing into places of holding and will often open therapeutic dialog around what I find. This gives you the opportunity to somatically process and integrate core wounds while receiving therapeutic touch in these areas of holding. This gentle approach cements the healing process, opening the door to concepts of self love and acceptance instead of doing battle with old patterns.
My approach to healing is rooted in compassionate empowerment and teaching people how to love themselves. I believe healing can be found in being witnessed, heard, and understood. From this foundation I weave spiritual coaching, bodywork, energetic clearing, and earth medicine together to offer a complete system of healing centered on the idea that your health was never missing, only your connection to it.
My most passionate work is helping women and non-binary/gender non-conforming folx in reclaiming their own magic and especially practitioners in the healing arts field, and those who experience anxiety and depression due to trauma.
