I understand that life happens. We get sick, have work deadlines, meetings, and appointments we can’t reschedule, our families get sick etc. We are not always able to get to our appointments. I get it! I also value my time personally and professionally and as a small business owner also request consideration around cancellations/rescheduling to ensure I am able to continue offering a high standard of care.
Below, you will find my scheduling policies.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours notice is sufficient in an emergency or illness related situation. It is very difficult and almost always impossible for me to fill a spot with only 24 hours notice, because of this I ask that for all other needs you give me at least 48 hours notice so I may offer this spot to another client.
Late Arrival: I plan my day carefully to allow myself sufficient time between clients to prepare for my next session. Because of this, if you arrive late, your session will be shorter. I cannot go over the time we have allotted for your session as it affects the person coming in after you.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I will reschedule you and you will be responsible for no-show fees.
Early Arrival: As I have stated above, I plan my day carefully and rely on the time I have between sessions to re-set, re-ground, and take care of any personal needs like food, water, bathroom etc. I like to be completely prepared, present, and available for clients when they walk through the door. Because of this I request that you are exactly on time and never more than 5mins early.
No-Show: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of session fee.
Repeated Cancellations: If you cancel/reschedule more than 2 times in a row (excluding medical or family emergency), you will be charged 50% of session fee regardless of 24hr cancellation window. If you cancel/reschedule more than 3 times in a row, I may refer you to another provider or end our professional relationship.
